We are seeking a Business Analyst II to join our agile IT team and play a key role in translating business requirements into high-quality technical solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders, developers, and offshore team members to analyze complex requests, define requirements, and ensure successful delivery of enhancements across a portfolio of critical legacy and compliance applications.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams. You will work in a collaborative Agile environment, participate in requirements gathering and solution design, and help drive business value by turning ideas into actionable solutions. While experience with legacy systems is a plus, we are primarily looking for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and capable of translating business needs into clear requirements for development teams.

Job Specifications- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Has 4+ years’ experience working as part of an agile team
- Experience working with offshore teams is a plus
- Passionate about the business direction, priorities, results, and customer experience.
- Clearly demonstrates analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Takes a logical, analytical approach to problem solving and pays close attention to detail
- Experience with Agile Development Methodologies
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong written communication skills to document and communication requirements
- Strong team player; able to work effectively within a team and more broadly with people from a variety of backgrounds and areas across the organization.
- Able to solve complex business problems and drive customer experience and operational efficiency objectives
- Takes an innovative approach to problem solving
- IIBA certifications are a plus
- Independently review, analyze, and evaluate business, operational, compliance, and regulatory requests to determine business needs, identify risks and dependencies, assess application impacts, and recommend effective solutions.
