- You'll spend your days overseeing the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet and exceed their sales targets.
- You'll develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- You'll analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- You'll foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- You'll conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of your sales team.
- You'll maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience.

Proven experience in automotive sales management or a similar role. - Required:
