The purpose of this position is to operate commercial grade vehicles (tractors/trailer/tankers/forklifts) to transport and deliver fertilizer, chemicals, and other Turf and Horticulture materials.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and operate company assigned vehicles according to DOT/DMV standards, including HAZMAT placarding. Perform general maintenance, keep vehicle clean, maintain logs, and assist with inspections. Operate forklift, load/unload, and provide customer service.

Typical Education

• High school diploma or GED

Experience:

3+ years preferred.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
• Hazardous Materials Endorsement Preferred
• Knowledge of DOT regulations
• Ability to drive manual or automatic transmissions
• Must carry current DOT Medical Card
• Workdays may include nights, weekends, and holidays

Driver Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 12 months of verifiable experience within the last 36 months
• Clean MVR

• Twelve months OTR truck driving job experience within past three years
