Position Summary
The Digital and IT Analyst defines, configures, tests, trains and supports business‑related information technology requirements and systems. Leads limited scope projects using information technology to enable business improvement and perform critical analysis under limited supervision.

Collaborates with other Technical Analysts, Senior Technical Analysts, and end users.
Essential Functions- Provides analytical advice and direction for application and technology that impacts business operations; understands how applications and technologies impact the business.
- Analyze and apply enterprise data to make recommendations / modifications to streamline & simplify processes while reducing operating costs.
- Develops and deploys appropriate digital and information technology solutions.
- Establishes and develops procedures for proper utilization of digital and IT technology.
- Develops and delivers training to support process changes and new technology introductions.
- Evaluates and modifies existing technology to allow for changes in business requirements or equipment configurations.
- Overnight travel to remote locations to assist in the implementation of technical solutions as needed.
- Provide after‑hour technical support as needed.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related area (or international equivalent) preferred
- 2+ years related IT experience (5+ years related IT experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability.
- Strong interpersonal skills, relates well with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrates ability to manage projects.
