Assist with line startup/shutdown; monitor materials, regrind, and compounds.;
Quality Control:
Perform 30-minute quality checks (measuring/testing); inspect for visual and physical defects.;
Troubleshooting:
Monitor tooling and downstream equipment; perform basic mechanical troubleshooting.;
Packaging:
Pack vinyl siding; verify piece counts, labels (UPC/barcode), and date stamps.;
Documentation:
Record run numbers, employee stamps, and box counts on all packaging.
