Mill Operator - 1st Shift
Location: Holly Springs, MS
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Pay: $18.00/hour (Based on Experience)
We are looking for a reliable Mill Operator to operate equipment used in the recycling process. This role involves loading materials, monitoring product quality, and ensuring materials meet required specifications throughout production.
Responsibilities- Operate mill equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load raw materials weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Monitor material thickness and quality throughout production.
- Adjust equipment as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Report equipment or quality issues to supervisors.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds regularly.
- Basic math and measuring skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance.
