As Nurse Director of Peri‑Op you will guide an integrated perioperative services ecosystem spanning Pre‑Admission Testing, Pre‑Op, Main OR, PACU, and Sterile Processing. You will support diverse surgical lines—orthopedics, cardiovascular, general, neuroscience, women’s health, ENT, urology, and robotics—driving best‑in‑class workflows, zero‑harm safety practices, and throughput optimization. You will lead the use of Lean methodologies, standardized checklists, robust infection prevention, and continuous improvement to deliver outstanding patient, surgeon, and staff experiences.

Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, you will partner closely with the Anesthesia Medical Director, Surgical Services leadership, and executive teams. You will lead staffing and budgeting, quality and regulatory readiness, block utilization, supply‑chain stewardship, surgeon relations, and talent development. Your team will include experienced managers, charge nurses, clinical educators, and coordinators across OR, PACU, Pre‑Op, and SPD.
