Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Occupational Health & Safety
Responsibilities
The LOTO Coordinator in Holly Springs, NC supports specific project needs by ensuring best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and enhance a culture of safety.
- Oversee all aspects of the commercial construction project within the pharmaceutical facility ensuring OSHA compliance
- Conduct daily safety meetings
- Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations
- Daily safety audits and inspections
- Oversee all subcontractors and contractors
- Write job hazard analysis (JHA) and health & safety plans (HASP)
- LOTO Coordinator, pharma experience is a must
- Late Nov, early Dec start date going at through to Nov of 2026 (possibly beyond)
- No special certs needed, just solid LOTO capabilities Procedures & Training
- Develop and maintain LOTO procedures for all equipment and energy sources involved in the project. Train and supervise construction personnel on proper LOTO protocols. Inspections & Risk Assessment
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure LOTO compliance. Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential safety risks. Documentation & Responsiveness
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all LOTO activities. Respond to emergency situations and implement appropriate LOTO measures.
- Basic computer skills
- Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently. Ability to complete multiple projects within time constraints. Strong organizational skills.
