Project Controls Planner

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of construction project planning/scheduling
• P6 experience

• Life Sciences Experience – specifically CQV phase

• Develop, monitor, and update integrated project plans and schedules
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documentation
• Analyze and report impacts to critical and near-critical paths
• Monitor schedule variances and support corrective action planning
• Prepare schedule progress reports, trending charts, and analysis
• Track scope changes, trends, and variances impacting schedule performance
• Interface with project stakeholders as a trusted scheduling advisor
• Review schedules regularly with project team members to ensure data accuracy
• Ensure overall credibility and integrity of schedule data

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Project Planner/Scheduler for a top construction and life sciences client. This individual will play a key role in supporting efficient project delivery by developing and maintaining detailed project schedules aligned with overall project goals. The planner/scheduler will work closely with project controls and project management teams, provide critical path analysis, assess schedule risks, and communicate schedule performance to stakeholders.
