Civil Project Manager - Water​/Wastewater

Bolton & Menk has an exciting opportunity for a Civil Project Manager, PE to join our Water/Wastewater team in North Carolina. With over 75 years of experience, Bolton & Menk specializes in providing community infrastructure solutions across the Southeast, Midwest, and beyond.

As a Water/Wastewater Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, development, and completion of projects ensuring client satisfaction and budget management. The role focuses on our municipal water/wastewater market in the Southeast region.

This position can be based in:
Charlotte, Holly Springs, Raleigh, Wake Forest, or Wilmington.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university; a Master’s degree strongly preferred with an emphasis in water and/or wastewater treatment.
• Licensed Professional Engineer.
• 5+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including work with water and wastewater treatment infrastructure.
• Experience with client relationship management and business development.
• Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration.
• Experience with industrial business development and building strong client relationships.
• Experience conducting community meetings and communication.
• Project management of improvements to water and wastewater treatment facilities.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Professional Engineer (required).
