The Town of Holly Springs seeks a Development Review Engineer within the Development Services department. The role oversees all phases of preliminary plan and construction drawing reviews to ensure projects meet Town standards and ordinances.
Responsibilities include leading a small team of reviewers, coordinating with engineering staff, and presenting analyses to Town boards and committees. A PE license and strong GIS/Blue Beam skills are preferred.
