Head of Site Supply Chain

CSL seeks a Head of Site Supply Chain to lead end to end materials flow for a major biopharmaceutical manufacturing site. You will own demand planning, production scheduling, materials management, warehousing, and distribution to ensure uninterrupted supply of life saving therapies. Partnering with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and global supply chain, you will optimize inventories, drive S&OP, and mitigate risk. You will lead and develop a high performing team, implement digital and lean improvements, ensure cGMP and regulatory compliance, and support tech transfers and new product introductions in a patient focused, science driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end site supply chain including planning, scheduling, materials, warehousing, and distribution
• Own S&OP and site demand/supply balancing in collaboration with global supply chain
• Optimize inventory levels, capacity utilization, and service while managing cost and risk
• Ensure c
• GMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance across all supply chain processes
• Partner with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and technical operations on supply reliability
• Support tech transfers and new product introductions from a supply chain perspective
• Implement lean, continuous improvement, and digital supply chain initiatives
• Develop and track supply chain KPIs and drive corrective actions
• Lead, coach, and develop a high performing supply chain team
• Contribute to strategic network and business continuity planning for critical therapies
