** Responsibilities:
*** Ensure that all processes of the plant meet environmental control requirements and specifications of national and international agencies
* Take part in establishing and implementing Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures
* Monitor and analyzes the environment by performing research and analysis activities to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures
* Provide safety orientation and training on safety methods and equipment
* Undertake difficult projects, assessments and solutions
* May instruct or coach other professionals
*
* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
* 5+ years' relevant experience including experience at a manufacturing site
* Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
* Large pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing experience
