Role
Manufacturing Associate supporting bulk drug substance manufacturing at Amgen's North Carolina facility expansion, focusing on operational readiness, media/buffer preparation, equipment setup, and routine GMP manufacturing activities.
Responsibilitiesperform weigh and dispense of raw materials, support equipment sanitation, execute process operations, ensure compliance with cGMP, document activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams during startup and steady-state production.
RequirementsHigh School/GED + 2 years regulated environment experience, or Associate's Degree + 6 months, or Bachelor's Degree; strong communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of electronic batch records and manufacturing systems preferred.
High-valuebiologics manufacturing, cGMP compliance, media/buffer prep, facility startup, 24/7 shift work, cross-functional collaboration during production ramp-up.
Work setupon-site in North Carolina, with shift flexibility during startup and steady-state operations. Occasional non-standard hours and overtime required.
