As the Client Intake Coordinator, you're the warm, organized professional who answers quickly, listens well, and gets the right homeowners in front of our sales team. You're not processing people. You're setting the tone for an experience that clients consistently describe as unlike anything they've had with a home services company.

This role is built for someone who takes genuine pride in doing the details right: accurate notes, timely follow-ups, consistent communication. You'll bring natural warmth to every phone call without losing focus on the outcome. You'll follow proven scripts and processes, maintain our CRM, and make sure no lead goes unanswered or falls through the cracks.

$18/hour base + $15 per qualified appointment booked | Total earning potential $37,440 to $50,940

Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6 pm | Saturday availability required during peak season (spring and summer)
