This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working directly with a diverse client base and managing the full accounting cycle from transaction processing through financial statement preparation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle for multiple client accounts
• Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Process multi-client payroll and payroll tax filings
• Prepare and file sales and use tax returns
• Review bookkeeping records for accuracy and completeness
• Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or adjustments
• Work directly with clients to address accounting questions and provide support
• Utilize Quick Books and Thomson Reuters accounting applications to maintain financial records
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
