Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Bookkeeper/ Accounting Clerk
Location: Hollywood, FL (On‑Site) Salary: $41,600–$47,840 annually

What You’ll DoAssist program leadership and staff with a wide range of administrative tasks
Process payments, deposits, and financial requests on behalf of Clients
Track, monitor, and balance Client accounts to ensure compliance with approved budgets
Prepare reports, perform data entry, and maintain accurate financial records
Coordinate travel logistics and support day‑to‑day office operations
Ensure uninterrupted office services by providing reliable administrative support
High School diploma or GED required;
Associate degree preferredAt least 1 year of bookkeeping, billing, or related experience
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Valid Florida Driver’s License
