Chassis Master is seeking an experienced Repair Planner/ Estimator who values precision, professionalism, and exceptional customer service in a quality-first environment.
The Repair Planner is responsible for providing accurate repair estimates, guiding clients through the repair process, and working closely with technicians and insurers to ensure every repair meets CP’s high standards. This is a client facing role requiring strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to premium service. This role prioritizes accuracy, repair integrity, and customer trust over estimate volume.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $+
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, In Person

RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections to assess damage and repair needs.
- Prepare accurate, detailed repair estimates reflecting correct parts, labor, and procedures.
- Identify and submit supplements promptly and accurately to minimize cycle time delays and ensure timely carrier approval.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure estimates align with repair plans and quality standards.
- Provide concierge level service throughout the repair process.
- Evaluate vehicles for total loss thresholds and document findings in accordance with company and carrier standards.
- Meet insurance and DRP scorecard requirements, including cycle time, estimate accuracy, and photo documentation standards.
- Identify and accurately scope ADAS-related repairs on estimates, coordinating with production and calibration partners as needed.
- Determine appropriate OEM parts and sourcing in accordance with vehicle manufacturer repair requirements. Must confirm upon delivery of the parts order, ensure the parts are not damaged with the delivery driver and mirror matched for accuracy. Strong documentation required to document incorrect or damaged parts and report to the selling dealership immediately.
- Provide customers with proactive status updates at key milestones throughout the repair process to deliver a consistent concierge-level experience.
- Support diagnosis and documentation of warranty or comeback repairs as needed.
- I CAR and ASE Certified, required.
- 3+ years of proven experience as an auto estimator; luxury or high-end vehicle experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience following OEM repair procedures and documentation requirements.
- Proficiency with CCC estimating (or similar) software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in varied positions for extended periods; lift and carry up to 50 lbs; and safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced shop environment.
- Ability to safely operate shop equipment and luxury vehicles
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and hold a valid driver's license.
