Job Summary

The Supply Chain Assistant is a full‑time, on‑site position in our Jupiter, FL office. The Supply Chain Assistant will perform day‑to‑day purchase activities involving placing orders for procuring goods and services for the Manufacturing Operations Engineering team.

Essential Job Functions
  • Works directly with Manufacturing Operations Engineers for processing of requisitions.
  • Reviews requisitions for formal RFQ processing and submittal to suppliers.
  • Works with suppliers to obtain product or service information such as delivery schedules.
  • Prepares purchase orders using Costpoint.
  • Communicates purchase order/project status with internal customers.
  • Maintains required procurement records associated with audit preparation and activities.
  • Maintains sensitive and confidential information as required by company and government requirements.
  • Performs other job duties as assigned.

  • Ability to lift, grasp, sit, stand, bend, type, and see computer screen.
