Hello! Destination Management is seeking an experienced Destination Management & Corporate Events professional to design and execute creative meetings and group experiences for corporate and association clients. In this client-facing role, you'll manage full-cycle event logistics, including proposals, budgeting, vendor sourcing, transportation, tours, and on-site operations across U.S. destinations. You'll collaborate with a creative, service-oriented team to deliver memorable, brand-aligned programs while maintaining timelines, quality, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute corporate meetings, events, and group experiences for diverse clients
• Develop creative proposals that align with client objectives and brand standards
• Manage full event logistics including venues, transportation, tours, and activities

• Create and manage event budgets, timelines, and production schedules
• Oversee on-site event operations to ensure flawless execution
