The TC3 Storyteller is a visionary leader skilled in cinematography, with a keen eye for composition and lighting to capture compelling footage. Their primary role is to craft engaging narratives from raw visuals, incorporating video, photos, animations, music, and sound effects to produce an inspiring final product with the goal of connecting people to the life-changing of Jesus Christ. Beyond technical expertise, they orchestrate a creative team, guiding the storytelling process from conception to final post.

They harness the power of social media, utilizing analytics to optimize posting times and trends, ensuring maximum impact and reach. Their overarching mission is to foster a sense of community among the online audience, acting as a digital shepherd, connecting individuals, and nurturing an online campus where everyone feels part of the body of Christ at Treasure Coast Community Church (TC3).

Must be a fully devoted follower of Christ.
Must meet the qualifications of a leader as described in 1 Timothy 3.

Chemistry

Must be a relational fit for the church and the current staff of TC3.
Must be willing to embrace a team concept in ministry.
Must pass the van test.

Competency

Must be able to build and nurture an online community, facilitating connections and fostering a sense of belonging among members.

Must have a strong work ethic and self-motivating attitude.

Must have strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead creative projects and teams.

Must have a pastoral heart or experience in ministry, with the ability to foster community, provide spiritual guidance, and connect with individuals in a digital space.

Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills relating to church staff and congregation.

Must have excellent storytelling abilities, with a keen sense of how to craft narratives that connect with and inspire an audience.

Must have experience in professional video production, including filming, editing, and post-production processes.

Must be proficient in using social media platforms and analytics tools, with a deep understanding of digital content strategies and audience engagement.

Must have experience in managing social media accounts with 10K or more followers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage the TC3 creative team, delegating tasks to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality outcomes.

Oversee the production process from initial capture to final post, ensuring a consistent and high-quality brand message for all TC3 accounts (TC3.Church, TC3.Students, TC3.Live, TC3.Kids).

Develop and execute a media strategy, including the timing of posts, hashtag research, and trend engagement for all TC3 platforms (Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok, X - formerly known as Twitter, Linked In etc.).

Collaborate with animators, musicians, and sound designers to integrate diverse media elements into a final product.

Analyze social media metrics to refine content strategy and increase viewer engagement and reach.

Capture high-quality video and photographic content, paying close attention to composition and lighting.

Edit raw footage to craft compelling stories that resonate with viewers and encourage attendance and participation.

Stay current with storytelling techniques, social media trends, and technological advancements to keep content fresh and impactful.
