We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our post office in Hollywood, FL. We have an open position for a candidate with or without experience, but with a keen attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills.

Experience with Google programs, spreadsheet management, and social media utilization would be considered advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process orders at the post office

• Offer and sell products available at the post office, such as stationery and gifts

• Provide a high level of customer service by offering professional consultations and recommendations

• Work with Google programs and spreadsheets to effectively manage orders and inventory

• Actively promote products and services through social media and other communication channels

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages to communicate with customers in different languages

Requirements:

• High adaptability and willingness to continuously improve

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for successful interaction with customers and colleagues

• Proficiency in working with Google programs and spreadsheets

• Knowledge of major social media platforms and ability to utilize them effectively for product promotion

• Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages to communicate with customers in different languages

Salary: $17.00 per hour

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
