Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Assistant to support the coordination and execution of promotional events and customer engagement activities.
This role offers valuable hands-on experience in event operations, brand promotion, and customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Welcome attendees and provide information about event activities.
- Support event logistics and operational coordination.
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with brand awareness efforts.
- Maintain event materials and inventory.
- Ensure event areas remain organized and presentable.
- Assist with attendee engagement and customer interactions.
- Support post-event reporting and administrative tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
