Physician SVP Clinical Operations Physician Staffing Fort Lauderdale, FL, USANeed a physician who is not currently on the clinical side and more on the corporate or Administrative side. We have an opening for a Physician Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations (SVP) to be based in our Hollywood, Florida office. The Physician SVP of Clinical Operations will be responsible for overall clinical management of our organization.

Our ideal Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy will hold a current unrestricted Florida Medical License or in process. We are growing rapidly and need someone willing to roll up their sleeves.

Our organization provides expert wound care services wherever the patient resides, we save time and eliminate the cost of co-pays and transportation expenses. Utilizing a telehealth-based platform where bedside clinicians collaborate with wound care nurses in a call center, our organization provides comprehensive wound care to health plan and medical group patients, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities, utilizing the most advanced wound care products.

Responsibilities of the Physician SVP of Clinical Operations Ensure proper clinical standards and protocols are followed

Develop improved communication and workflow between clinicians and office staff

Assist in developing an improved platform for Care Management Team with data capture

Develop a more streamlined and comprehensive education program at all levels with improved reporting

Assist with Business Development in strategic opportunities

Develop an Associate Medical Director engagement outreach program

Monitor clinical data and outcomes

Assist with analytic dashboard development

Review clinical onboarding procedures, education and training

Manage and continually improve clinical rounds with the plans and groups

Other duties and projects as assigned by the company

Requirements of the Physician SVP of Clinical Operations Florida state medical license is preferred

Must have Corporate/leadership/operational experience

Must have Direct management experience

Insurance carrier experience preferred
