Encore Global - - Responsibilities:
Gather and organize all rigging tools and equipment per event needs.;
Establish hang-points, connect hoist and attachments to permanent rigging points, and run and dress motor cables while ensuring safety of scenic elements.;
Inspect all cabling tie-offs and ensure truss bolts are tight and flown equipment is securely tied to truss.;
Provide ground rigging support to teams, assist other trades, and check work for safety; remain on site until all motors are raised to trim.;
Monitor safety during events, escalate unsafe behavior, and ensure proper lift operations and necessary certifications.
