Retail Banker ; Bilingual Spanish or Russian - Isles

Job Overview

Retail Banker I – Sunny Isles Beach, Florida – 40‑hour work week – Base pay $22.50 – $29.00 USD. Responsible for building customer relationships, providing product guidance, managing teller transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Establish and nurture customer relationships, consistently displaying product knowledge and listening to customer needs.
• Provide consultative advice and make product recommendations based on customer needs, highlighting features and benefits.
• Utilize customer relationship management tools to identify solutions and lead outbound sales activities.
• Independently resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary; participate in customer outreach, servicing and advice activities.
• Conduct teller transactions (check cashing, deposits, transfers, withdrawals) while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to operational policies.
• Facilitate loan application intake and communicate proactively with mortgage partners.
• Maintain active NMLS registration, comply with Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act, and adhere to TD risk & control policies.
• Collaborate with team members, support a positive work environment, and contribute to operational excellence.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience working with customers or in sales; teller experience preferred.
• Ability to complete teller training upon hire.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to schedule and prioritize work, work independently and within deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary license – preferred.
• Must hold an active NMLS register license.
