Licensed Clinical Counselor

A company is looking for a Clinical Counselor for its Employee Assistance Program, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities Provide telephone-based assessment, triage, consultation, and counseling services in a call center environment Conduct risk, substance abuse, and mental health assessments to develop immediate action/safety plans Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure positive clinical outcomes and continuity of care for members

Required Qualifications 1+ years of crisis intervention experience required Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license in the state of residence Master's Degree in behavioral health counseling profession Experience working with diverse populations preferred Familiarity with brief therapy models and Motivational Interviewing preferred
