Required Qualifications and Education Master's degree in mental health (social work, counseling, psychology, or related field) At least 2 years of direct client contact experience in psychological or mental health support services
Experience with clinical assessment tools and short-term therapy modalities Fluency in both English and French Training in crisis intervention and support for high-risk clients is an asset
