Required Qualifications Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field 3 years of experience in behavioral health, including 2 years in applied behavioral analysis for autism spectrum disorder Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Extensive knowledge of CMS, Medicaid, HIPAA, NCQA, and URAC standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic health records and utilization review platforms
