Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, client staff, and coworkers;
Opens vehicle and hotel doors for guests and explains parking procedures; parks and retrieves vehicles;
Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; provides room presentation and bell services as needed;
Leads the work group and assigns routine roles; supports schedule changes as directed by the Account Manager;
Issues claim checks to guests after receiving keys and reconciles revenue and tickets at shift end
