The Service Now Admin will collaborate with business users to identify, refine, and implement business requirements and workflows. This role involves providing configuration and customization support in Service Now, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.
Key duties include:
- Gathering requirements from various business units.
- Working closely with the Service Now technical team to design, configure, and customize new applications and modules.
- Coordinating with offshore teams (based in the USA and India) to implement changes in Service Now.
- Managing key Service Now projects, reporting directly to the onsite director.
