- 5+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer with functional manual testing experience
- 5+ years of experience in Mobile test automation using Appium
- Mobile and API integration testing experience
- Experience with Head Spin/ Browser Stack/Sauce Labs
- Experience working on eCommerce (B2B/B2C)
- Experience with iOS delivery – getting a new app to the app store
- Experience with JIRA Test Management tools,
- Experience testing in a cloud environment - AWS
- Serve in a team leader capacity with large-scale platform testing (e.g.,SAP, JDA)
- Lead the implementation, build-out, or expansion of automated testing tools
- Coordinate and schedule testing programs with project and program teams
- Report testing outcomes to project stakeholders
- Coordinate the work of 3rd party Quality Assurance teams
- Perform quality and testing audits across IT functions to ensure adherence to standards and methodologies
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvement opportunities for QA programs
- Understand various programming languages (e.g., ABAP, Java, C#, Perl, Python) and deployment tools such as Turnover, QGM/Solution Manager, and Dev Ops/CI-CD practices
- Execute both manual and automated tests, document results and defects, and assist in troubleshooting and resolution
- Create, run, and maintain reports to measure and track testing metrics
- Participate in test automation including framework design, script development, and maintenance
- Stay current on QA best practices and tools and deliver QA process training to IT teams
- Provide coaching and development for Quality Assurance Analysts
- Lead and direct offshore testing programs
- Serve as a thought leader by maintaining expertise in QA leading practices
- Report Client ALM QA metrics and testing status to project and application teams
- Support integration testing cycles through script execution, coaching SAP super users, and defect resolution
