The City is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Analyst to join our Information Technology team. This position is responsible for supporting enterprise identity, authentication, security, and endpoint management initiatives across both on-premises and cloud environments. The role requires a strong technical foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams to ensure reliability, security, and compliance with City and regulatory standards.

This position requires full-time onsite work. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
- Manage and support enterprise single sign-on (SSO) and federated authentication services.
- Administer and troubleshoot directory and identity management systems, including policy configuration, group management, and hybrid/cloud integrations.
- Implement and maintain secure authentication protocols, including Kerberos-based solutions, certificate-based access, and passwordless strategies.
- Design and maintain endpoint provisioning and automation workflows (e.g., automated device enrollment, configuration baselines, application deployment).
- Support and optimize cloud identity platforms and related access policies.
- Ensure compliance with security frameworks and policies through monitoring, reporting, and proactive remediation.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver a seamless and secure user experience across City systems.
- Deploy enterprise applications, updates, and software packages to desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Oversee patch management to keep systems and applications secure and up to date using industry-standard tools.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for authentication, identity, and endpoint management issues.
- Assist with planning and execution of new technology initiatives to modernize City systems.
- Manage enterprise email security, continuity, and archiving platforms, ensuring reliability and compliance.
- Administer enterprise productivity and collaboration suites, including cloud-based email, calendars, and document services.
- Provide support and management for endpoint configuration and software distribution platforms (e.g., system management and deployment tools).

- Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible work as a Windows Server and/or Identity Administrator.
- Proficiency in managing enterprise authentication protocols such as Kerberos, SAML, and OAuth.
- Strong background in administering modern server operating systems, including upgrades, patching, and integration with identity and security platforms.
- Hands-on involvement with cloud identity and access management, single sign-on, and hybrid directory environments.
- Demonstrated ability to support endpoint provisioning and automation tools, including software deployment and configuration management.
- Knowledge of and capability to manage enterprise email and collaboration systems, including security, continuity, and archiving technologies.
Work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as office or meeting and training rooms, e.g., use of safe work place practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, and observance of fire and building safety regulations, and traffic signals when driving.
