Grimaldi Law Firm, a boutique Florida real estate practice in St. Petersburg, seeks a Real Estate Paralegal to support residential and commercial transactions across the Tampa Bay area and broader Florida market. In this client-focused, collaborative environment, you will assist attorneys with title work, closings, and related property matters. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing closing documents and settlement statements, conducting title searches, coordinating with clients, lenders, and realtors, managing critical dates and files, and supporting due diligence and post-closing tasks.
