Gpac is seeking an experienced Traveling Steel Industrial Coating Project Manager to oversee large-scale steel coating projects across the country. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader with a strong background in industrial coatings, structural steel, and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple steel coating projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
- Oversee field operations, subcontractors, and crews to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA and industry safety regulations.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to drive successful project execution.
- Travel extensively to job sites as required.
- 5+ years of proven experience in industrial steel coating project management.
- Strong knowledge of protective coatings, surface preparation, and application processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
