CNC Setup & Programming Technician – Mazak

Seeking experienced Processing Engineers with:

• Minimum 7 years experience
• Minimum Associates Degree Mechanical Engineer
• Working knowledge of UGNX CAD
• Position will require ability to create router sheets and shop aid drawings
• Machining knowledge a plus
• Looking for team members
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Mechanical Inspector

Seeking experienced Mechanical Inspectors with strong knowledge of geometric tolerance and trigonometry.

Desired Candidates:

• CMM programming experience
• proficiency at surface plate setups

Primary Consideration:

Applicants with experience with Open DMIS, Camio, CMM laser scanners, and calibration will be given primary consideration.

CNC Setup Technician

Seeking experienced machinists with a minimum of 5 years in the programming and setup of:

• Mazak Horizontal Machining Centers
• Mazak Vertical Machining Centers
• Mazak Turning Centers
• Toshiba Vertical Turning Centers w/ Fanuc Controls

Requirements:

• programming and setup of above Machine Tools including First Article acceptance and tool lists
• product quality during the production run
• working knowledge of Mazatrol and CAM generated EIA code
• ability to read blueprints including Geometric Tolerance and Metric Conversion
• computer literacy and Cad / Cam experience is desired
• basic inspection skills and CMM experience
• own industry standard tools

CNC Operator

Seeking experienced CNC operators with a minimum of 2 years experience on:

• Mazak Horizontal Machining Centers
• Mazak Vertical Machining Centers
• Mazak Turning Centers
• Toshiba Vertical Turning Centers w/ Fanuc Controls
• All others considered

Requirements:

• the operation of the above machine tools
• product quality during the production run
• the ability to read blueprints
• basic computer literacy
• basic inspection skills
