POSITION: MARKETING COORDINATOR
A Marketing Coordinator, plays a pivotal role in developing, coordinating, and executing impactful marketing campaigns. They are at the forefront of our marketing efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate our brand and drive business growth.
Job Focus:Campaign Development:
- Create and implement strategic marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and brand identity.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all channels.
- Conduct thorough research on target demographics and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, enhance audience engagement, and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to collect and analyze marketing data, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Develop reports and presentations to communicate key performance indicators and campaign effectiveness.
- Demonstrate strong administrative skills to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, coordinate meetings, and maintain organized records of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Work towards achieving marketing goals and KPIs, adapting strategies as needed based on performance metrics and market feedback.
- Lead the design enhancement of the company website, focusing on optimizing content, improving functionality and navigation, and incorporating data analytics for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to elevate SEO performance and enhance keyword optimization, ultimately improving search results and online visibility.
- Initiate and oversee customer surveys, ensuring effective correspondence to gather valuable insights and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Take charge of the publication and distribution of "The COMANCO Way
- Quarterly," ensuring timely and professional delivery to the intended audience
- Provide support to the management team by assisting with various marketing-related tasks, contributing to the overall effectiveness and success of marketing initiatives.

- Education:
High School Diploma required. Bachelor's in marketing or related field preferred. - Experience:
3+ years customer service, sales, marketing, or project management support required. - Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in project management and coordination.
