- License/Certs: NNP Board Certified (excluding FNP, PNP)
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years as an NNP required
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: please discuss with employer for actual compensation)

- Provide high-quality neonatal care in a busy Level III/IV NICU environment
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Manage acutely ill neonates with diverse medical conditions
- Participate in rotating shifts across multiple hospital locations within the healthcare system
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Current NNP Board Certification (no FNP, PNP accepted)
- At least 2 years of full-time NNP experience in a NICU setting
- Ability to work in high-acuity environments and handle complex cases
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
