What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality neonatal care in a busy Level III/IV NICU environment
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Manage acutely ill neonates with diverse medical conditions
  • Participate in rotating shifts across multiple hospital locations within the healthcare system
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
What You Need
  • Current NNP Board Certification (no FNP, PNP accepted)
  • At least 2 years of full-time NNP experience in a NICU setting
  • Ability to work in high-acuity environments and handle complex cases
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
