As the Director of Nursing (DON), you’ll serve as the cornerstone of our clinical leadership team. You’ll champion resident-centered care, empower nursing staff to excel, and drive clinical excellence across the facility. • Lead and manage all nursing care operations across the facility.

• Develop, implement, and maintain nursing policies and procedures that ensure top-quality, compliant care.

• Mentor, coach, and inspire nursing staff through feedback and development.

• Foster a positive, team-oriented, and supportive culture.

• Ensure nursing staff maintain current licensure and credentials.

• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care and outcomes.

• Analyze patient care data to identify and drive quality improvements.

• Manage departmental budgets efficiently to maximize resources.

• Collaborate with facility leadership to achieve strategic goals.

• Ensure residents consistently receive compassionate, high-quality care.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field required

• Current RN licensure (state of practice)

• Minimum 2 years of skilled nursing leadership experience

• Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Deep knowledge of nursing regulations and compliance standards

• Strong leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities

• Experience managing departmental budgets and staff performance

• Proficiency with electronic health records and healthcare software
