Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) Shift 3-11 pm

Duties

• - Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.
• - Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• - Monitor patients' vital signs and document observations.
• - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• - Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
• - Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

• - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
• - Experience in Long Term Care.
• - Proficiency in triage, tube feeding, medication administration, and laboratory procedures.
• - Familiarity with electronic health records systems
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• - Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
