- Shift: 24-hour shifts in Level III units & 10-16 hour shifts in Level IV unit
- Hours/Week: Full-time, rotating schedule
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certified (not accepting FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications)
- Experience: 2+ years as an NNP, not suitable for new graduates
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (plus competitive benefits)

- Provide neonatal care in a large-Level IV and Level III NICUs, handling high-acuity cases
- Collaborate with a team of experienced physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Rotate across three local hospitals within 20-30 minutes of each other
- Manage a full scope of neonatal assessments, treatment plans, and interventions
- Support families and communicate effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives within the NICU
Required:
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certification
- Minimum 2 years of NNP experience
- Ability to work high-acuity, fast-paced NICU environment
- Experience with high-volume NICUs
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
