  ACLS-AHA; BLS-AHA; CERT-NIH Stroke Scale
• Scrub Colors:

• SSN Required

• Willingness to Float Between Sebring/Lake Placid/Wauchula (notification 90-120 mins prior, locations within 30 mins)
• 1 Year of Experience in Specialty + FL/Compact License
• AHA BLS + AHA ACLS + NIHSS

• 5 Years of Experience in Specialty
• Previous Travel Experience
• EPIC EMR Experience
