Inpatient Rehab LPN: Patient Care & Recovery

Exalt Health Inpatient Rehab Hospital Wildwood in Florida is seeking an LVN/LPN to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will provide nursing care, health teaching, and counseling during shifts to support recovery goals.

You will assist in assessments, vital signs, medications under RN supervision, and ADLs, while collaborating with therapists to promote functional independence in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting.
