We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dynamic nursing team. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, and providing leadership to our nursing staff. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both patient outcomes and the professional development of our team.

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on assigned shift.
• Ensure compliance with nursing care standards, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regular rounds to assess patient care and nursing performance.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Serve as a resource for nursing staff and address any clinical or patient care concerns.

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• CPI Certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred
• Proven experience as an RN Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound judgment and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Commitment to professional growth and development.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and best practices.
