Job Description:

The Vendor Solutions Representative (Fortinet) for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) Organization researches and markets to their assigned customers and accounts for new products and solutions opportunities that leverage and promote TD SYNNEX’s business.

Performs customer engagements, quote follow-up, pipeline management, and provides education on vendor pricing programs and promotions.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a primary point of contact responsible for managing and growing relationships, routinely engaging assigned customers to identify needs and promote products and solutions. (20%)
• Create and deliver solutions (configurations) to customers using judgment and discretion to select appropriate tools and technical knowledge to configure, price, quote, and process requests for hardware, software, services, and configuration design. (20%)
• Provide education and technical guidance on product alternatives, cross-reference assistance, and support regarding solutions hardware, software, services, renewals, warranty uplifts, consolidations, and additional TD SYNNEX solutions. (20%)
• Build customer relationships to effectively market TD SYNNEX’s product portfolio and drive the incorporation of TD SYNNEX products and services. (15%)
• Negotiate terms such as pricing, freight, return privileges, product substitutions, insurance, and terminations. (15%)
• Collaborate with customers, colleagues, and vendors to resolve pre-sales issues, escalating when necessary. (10%)

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma required
• 1+ Years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in English (level B2 or higher)
• Able to follow instructions and seek clarification when needed
• Strong data entry skills and ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and under stress

Other Education/

Certifications:

• Associate Degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred
