Retail Sales Associate, Pembroke Lakes Mall

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for selling merchandise and attending to customers at The Miami HEAT Store in Pembroke Lakes Mall.

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
• Operating cash registers.
• Achieving individual sales goals.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Increasing in-store sales.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
• Adhere to all policies and security procedures.

High school diploma or general educational degree (GED);
Six months to one year of cashier/retail experience and strong customer service skills preferred. Very organized and detail-oriented. Able to adapt to a fast-paced, fluid environment while balancing multiple tasks lity to stand, walk, and bend throughout the entirety of the shift. Ability to lift merchandise, merchandising equipment, and boxes up to 50 pounds.
