Arch Telecom’s Retail Store Manager (RSM) works as the leader of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. RSMs lead by example as brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They focus on customer needs, building new and deepening existing relationships, and uncovering customer needs to educate and recommend device and service solutions.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store functions, from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives.
- Sell to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices.
- Maintain the store at its best.
- Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy.
- Become proficient in digital tools that enhance interactions and onboarding, including:
- Explaining how our coverage stacks up in the customer’s neighborhood.
- Communicating how plans and services allow customers to live unlimited, feel the love, stay connected and go further.
- Re‑defining how wireless is done, covering device and account inspection, review and troubleshooting.
- Complete trainings on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
- Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels, including business and customer service.
- Collectively own the customer experience, resolve issues, and create a seamless, run‑around‑free environment.
- Identify and handoff small business leads.
- Develop strong peer relationships where we are all accountable for the company’s success.
- Provide first‑class customer experience while having a good time.
- Leadership experience.
- Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Willingness to lead a team, share best practices and serve customers.
- Proficiency in operational, financial and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills with team and customers.
- Prior wireless sales experience.

- At least 18 years of age.
- Wireless sales experience.
- High school degree or GED.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Full‑time (45 hours) availability.
