Handle the hard moments
- Resolve concerns quickly and professionally. When things go sideways, you make it right and leave them impressed.

Keep the site sharp
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment — your standards are visible in every customer-facing area.

Capture what matters
- Log customer feedback in Micrologic, flag issues early, and communicate insights to the team proactively.

Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) — strong plus in South Florida markets
