Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access within the residential location;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related events according to site procedures;
Communicate with residents, property staff, and/or visitors regarding entry procedures, deliveries, and site rules while maintaining a professional presence at the access point;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity and reporting maintenance, lighting, and/or security-related concerns
