Job Title: Foot/Pool Patrol Rover - Condominium Security

Location: Hollywood Beach (Ocean Drive Area)

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

We are seeking professional and reliable Security Officers to serve as Foot/Pool Patrol Rovers for a high-rise condominium located in the Hollywood Beach area. This role is highly visible and customer-facing, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to patrol a multi-level property effectively.

Officers will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and staff while providing exceptional customer service.

• Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the property, including all 43 floors
  , common areas, and pool deck.
• Monitor and secure pool area, ensuring compliance with property rules and safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting residents, guests, and visitors in a professional manner.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or incidents.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with supervisors and team members regarding incidents or concerns.
• Utilize basic computer systems for reporting, logging activities, and incident documentation.
• Complete detailed and accurate daily activity reports and incident reports.
• Assist with access control and enforce property policies as needed.

• Must be available to work 1st and 2nd shifts
  , including weekends and holidays as required.

• Must possess a valid Florida Class D Security License.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, including continuous foot patrols.
• Comfortable patrolling a high-rise building (43 floors).
• Basic computer skills and report writing ability required.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Tech-savvy and able to learn property-specific systems quickly.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Prior experience in condominium or residential security.
• Experience with access control systems and surveillance equipment.

• Indoor and outdoor patrols, including pool deck exposure to weather conditions.
• High-rise residential setting with frequent interaction with residents and guests.
